Indexer24 is a premium web-based service that allows users to submit URLs for search engine indexing and track their status. The service provides advanced submission technology and real-time reporting of indexation status.

3. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use our service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credit System and Payments

4.1 Credits

  • Our service operates on a credit-based system.
  • Fast Indexing: Costs 1 credit per URL.
  • Instant Indexing: Costs 10 credits per URL.
  • New users must purchase credits to begin indexing.
  • Purchased credits do not expire as long as the account remains active.

4.2 Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice on our pricing page.
  • All sales are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to submit malicious content, or to attempt to compromise the security of our infrastructure. Automated abuse or reverse engineering of our proprietary indexing methods is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Limitations

  • Results are based on search engine discovery patterns which can vary.
  • We guarantee submission but cannot guarantee 100% indexing as it depends on third-party search engine algorithms.
  • Rate limits may apply to prevent system abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, its design, code, and "Indexer24" branding are owned by Red Press Wire Ltd and protected by international intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Indexer24 or Red Press Wire Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Red Press Wire Ltd operates.
