1. What You Are Purchasing

1.1 Digital Credits: When you make a purchase on Indexer24, you are purchasing digital service credits. These are virtual, platform-limited form of value used only within your Indexer24 account.

1.2 Nature of the Service: Credits give you access to a digital service. They do not represent ownership of any stored cash value or banked funds.

2. What Our Service Does — and Does Not — Promise

2.1 No Guaranteed Indexing Outcome: Purchasing credits or submitting URLs through Indexer24 does not guarantee that any particular URL will be indexed, crawled, ranked, or displayed by Google or any other third-party search engine.

2.2 Factors Outside Our Control: Indexing outcomes depend on many factors including search engine algorithms, website quality, and content uniqueness which are outside our control.

3. Monetary Refund Policy

3.1 General Rule: Because credits are digital products delivered electronically and made available for immediate use, monetary refunds are not typically provided after credits have been delivered to your account.

3.2 Situations Where Monetary Refunds May Be Available:

  • Duplicate charges caused by technical or payment processing errors.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
  • Charged but credits were not delivered to your account.
  • Significant platform defects that prevent normal use of credits.

4. No Automatic Refunds for Unindexed URLs

Indexer24 does not offer automatic monetary refunds or automatic credit returns solely because a submitted URL does not become indexed. Non-indexing alone is not considered a platform defect or service failure.
